What I collect

Only what you give me when you write via the form or by email: your name, the name of your venue or club, your email or phone, what you are interested in and your message.

The website collects nothing else: no cookies, no analytics, no visit logs.

What I use it for

To reply to you and, if you ask, to show you a demo or prepare a quote. I do not send you advertising or newsletters.

Legal basis

Your consent when you send the form or write to me, and your request for a quote before a possible contract (Article 6(1)(a) and (b) of the General Data Protection Regulation).

How long I keep it

While I deal with your enquiry and, at most, one year afterwards if we do not end up working together. If you become a client, for as long as tax and accounting laws require.

Who else sees it

Nobody else: I do not sell it or pass it on to anyone.

The website runs on a Hetzner server in the European Union. Email is handled by Google (Gmail), which may process data outside the European Union with the safeguards the Regulation requires (standard contractual clauses).

Your rights

You can ask me to see, correct or delete your data, to object to its use, to restrict it or to take it with you. Just write to julen.reservas@gmail.com.

If you think I am not handling it properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
