Your website, in three languages
In Spanish, Basque and English, with your menu and its allergens. A fixed QR code on the tables that never needs reprinting when a dish changes. Your own domain included.
Bookings online and on WhatsApp
At any hour, with the tables that are really free. WhatsApp through Meta's official API. Guests change or cancel their booking themselves.
The dashboard, on your phone
The day at a glance, a phone booking noted in 20 seconds, tables, waiting list and large groups to confirm. A printable sheet for the day. The manager always has the final say.
Fewer empty tables
The day before, a reminder with a «Cancel» button: if someone can't come, the table is freed and the waiting list hears about it. And the manager gets the day's summary on WhatsApp.

Your Google profile complete and in your name, reviews requested from every guest alike, and a monthly report of the bookings that come from Google.
If something fails, you're never in the dark
The day's list is still on your phone and on paper, the website says «call us» and your usual phone keeps ringing. Servers in the European Union, no cookies or third-party analytics, and data deletes itself.
Everything in your name
The WhatsApp number, the domain and the Google profile are yours from day one. If you ever leave, you take them with you. No lock-in and no per-diner commission.

Do I need to know about computers?
No. I leave it working and show you in person the little there is to touch. If something doesn't work for you, just write to me.
Do you charge per diner or per booking?
No. You pay a fixed monthly fee, whether you get ten bookings or a thousand.
Is there a minimum term?
No. You can cancel whenever you like with 30 days' notice.
If I leave, what happens to my number and my website?
They're yours. The WhatsApp number, the domain and the Google profile are in your name from day one, so you take them with you.
What if the system fails on a Saturday lunchtime?
You're never in the dark: the day's list is still on your phone and on paper, the website asks people to call, and your usual phone keeps working. Meanwhile, I get on with fixing it.
How much do WhatsApp messages cost?
Meta charges them to the business at cost, around €10-25 a month. If you prefer, the fee with WhatsApp included covers up to €30 of Meta charges a month.
Can my website be in Basque?
Yes. The website is in Spanish, Basque and English, and the booking page in Spanish and Basque.
What happens to my customers' data?
It's stored on a server in the European Union, used only for the booking and deleted automatically when it's no longer needed. The website uses no cookies or third-party analytics.
