How I work

In person, from day one, with no surprises.

  1. We talk

    You write to me and we meet at your place or at the pitch. No commitment.

  2. I show you

    A demo on your own phone, and a fixed price for what you need.

  3. We set it up together

    I prepare the website and the configuration. We set up WhatsApp together, in person, and I train whoever is going to use it.

  4. The first weeks, up close

    I check with you that everything is going well and we adjust whatever is needed, without waiting for you to call.

  5. And I'm still there

    Support Monday to Friday by WhatsApp or email. I reply on the next working day; anything that stops bookings is handled the same day whenever possible. Changes (opening hours, closures, menu) are made within 2-3 working days.

About me

I'm Julen, from Bizkaia. I'm a marine engineer, and I build websites and systems that run on their own for local businesses and clubs.

I like things to just work. That's why I leave everything tested, in your name and explained in person.

First clients
